Our practice
Chapel Gate Medical Centre is conveniently located at 6 – 10 Chapel Street, on the corner of Chapel Street and Dandenong Road. There is parking at the rear, via the lane next to the building. Trams are easily accessible along both Dandenong Road and Chapel Street and the train station is nearby.
If you have a preferred doctor or have a preference for male or female doctors please let our reception staff know when making your appointment. If you are running late, need to change an appointment time or cancel please let us know as soon as possible.
For your convenience our phones are manned from 7:45am weekdays and 8:45am Saturdays. We are currently open 8am – 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm Friday and 9am to 1:30pm Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Public Holidays.
